Flat Sketch Development

I begin by creating a detailed flat sketch (technical drawing) of the garment. This allows us to align on the design details, construction, and fit requirements before pattern development begins.

Turnaround Time:1–2 working days
Base Pattern Development

Once the flat sketch is approved, I develop the digital base pattern based on your selected size (for example: size M / size-12 / customized size).

Turnaround Time:Approximately 3 working days

Pattern Delivery

Upon completion, the pattern can be provided in the following formats:
- PDF for plotter printing (full-size format)
- PDF for A4 printing (home/office printer)
- Any specific size format as required
- Adobe Illustrator source file (upon request)

First Toile (Sample Development)

After receiving the pattern, a toile/sample can be developed in muslin fabric. This can be:
- Stitched in-house by your team, or
- Prepared by your preferred tailor/sample unit
Fit Corrections & Iterations

Once the toile is completed, you can share fit photos, videos, or feedback. Necessary pattern corrections will be made until the desired fit is achieved.

Unlimited fit iterations are included.
